We want you to leave Snow Canyon with more than a diploma,
we want you to leave with a plan.
To ensure your success in high school and beyond - we hope you will make the most of your time at Snow Canyon High School. Here are some things to consider when registering for classes:
1. Make sure you are meeting the graduation requirements.
2. Take classes that help you explore careers while in high school. If you take career specific classes, you can become a Pathway Completer.
3. Take at least one class that your are excited about - to help you enjoy your school day more.
4. It is important that you attend all of your classes and keep your GPA up. Your ACT and GPA will determine if you qualify for an academic scholarship.
5. If you plan on attending college - Take the right classes in High School - including the classes required for the Opportunity Scholarship.
6. During your Junior and Senior years you will have the opportunity to take college level classes through Concurrent Enrollment and Advanced Placement classes.
7. College is not just an Associates or Bachelors degree - it also includes certificates and specific training. Some of this training can be started in high school. Several training opportunities are available through Dixie Tech and Cosmetology Schools.

10. If you completed an 8th grade foreign language class or Secondary Math 1 through Washington County School District request that credit to be added to your high school transcript HERE.
